Role Intent
Prime IT Sewa is looking for a web designer who understands that a website is not just decoration, but a business asset. This role is for someone who can think structurally, understand brand intent, and design websites that are SEO-ready, conversion-friendly, and future-proof with AI and automation.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and build custom WordPress websites aligned with brand positioning and business goals
- Translate brand vision, audience intent, and messaging into clean, structured website design
- Develop and customize themes, plugins, and Elementor elements, including custom widgets when needed
- Ensure structural SEO foundation through proper layout, hierarchy, speed, and UX decisions
- Use AI tools to improve design efficiency, layout decisions, content structure, and workflow
- Integrate automation workflows when required, including n8n-based processes
- Maintain high design quality with fast execution and minimal rework
- Collaborate with strategy, content, and system workflows
Required Experience & Capability
- Minimum 3 years of professional web design and development experience
- Strong command of WordPress, custom themes, and advanced Elementor usage
- Ability to create custom widgets, elements, and reusable components
- Clear understanding of SEO-friendly website structure, not just on-page SEO
- Strong sense of layout, spacing, hierarchy, and user intent
- Comfortable using AI as a design and productivity partner
- Ability to learn fast, adapt tools, and improve systems continuously
- High attention to quality, detail, and performance
